shredstream.sh is a focused infrastructure product for teams that need raw Solana shreds at their own server. We forward the packets over UDP from Frankfurt, keep the path short, and publish enough of the workings for a buyer to make an informed decision.
We started with a $500 quote.
We wanted Solana shreds for our own work. The answers we got came back between $400 and $1,500 a month depending on the provider, the region, and how many destinations somebody wanted. Nobody made the cost structure particularly clear.
So we priced the market, worked through the bandwidth, and built the shortest useful version ourselves. The result is intentionally less ambitious than a general data platform: one feed, one region, one transparent price, and a destination you control.
That is still the product. We would rather make the delivery path reliable and explain its limits than add features that make the page look larger while making the system harder to reason about.

One thing done properly
We sell raw Solana shreds forwarded over UDP. The product is deliberately narrow: receive the feed, deduplicate it, and get it to a server you control without adding interpretation to the path.

The first copy wins
We receive from multiple upstream sources and keep the first copy of a shred that arrives. Later duplicates are discarded, so a slower source does not hold the feed back.

Numbers with workings
Our price, market comparisons, bandwidth examples, and cost model are published with their assumptions. If a number is wrong, the useful response is a correction, not a better slogan.

Measure it yourself
The benchmark methodology is public because a feed should earn trust at the receiver. You can test delivery on your own host against any provider, including us.

Engineers answer
Questions go to the people close to the system. A small product has one practical advantage: there are fewer layers between the person asking and the person who can fix the answer.
