Solana shred provider directory
Classify every provider in the verified market record by raw, decoded, derived, forwarding, or bundled delivery and retain its dated published price.
Read the category before the price
Raw UDP shreds, a shred-derived feed, a decoded feed, forwarding over more than one transport, and shreds bundled with server rental are different products. This directory keeps those distinctions visible.
Some providers negotiate. Published prices are snapshots captured on 2026-08-31, not live quotes. A missing detail remains missing rather than being inferred from a product name.
Raw UDP and raw-shred products
Raw plus decoded, or UDP plus gRPC
Triton One explicitly spans raw and deshredded delivery. GetBlock and ERPC publish both UDP and gRPC language, but the market record does not state whether every gRPC message is a raw wrapper or a decoded schema. This directory does not decide that absent detail.
Shred-derived feeds
A shred-derived feed starts from shred data but does not expose the original raw UDP packet contract. It should not be compared as though receiver work, schema, filtering, and observation time were identical.
Delivery level not further specified
The verified market row says “Shred stream.” It does not classify the bytes as raw UDP, decoded, or shred-derived. Keeping that uncertainty visible is more accurate than choosing a category from the name.
Bundled with server rental
DedicatedNodes is genuinely cheaper for a buyer who was already going to rent that server. “Free” does not mean standalone access is offered at zero cost. The server-rental condition is part of the price.
Coverage statement
This page contains all 13 named providers in the market table, shredstream.sh from the same market module, and DedicatedNodes from its comparison caveats. No other provider is added because the permitted source does not ground another name, product category, price, or capture date.
Questions
- Are all providers in this directory selling the same product?
- No. The directory includes raw UDP, raw plus deshredded delivery, UDP and gRPC forwarding, a shred-derived feed, an unclassified shred stream, and shreds bundled with server rental. Those differences affect receiver work, latency boundaries, schemas, recovery responsibility, and whether the listed amount buys standalone access.
- Why are provider prices dated?
- Each amount records what the provider published when the market file was captured on 2026-08-31. Prices can change, some vendors negotiate, and enterprise terms are often private. The date prevents an old observation from being presented as a current quote and keeps corrections traceable to a specific snapshot.
- Is the DedicatedNodes bundle cheaper than standalone raw feeds?
- For someone already planning to rent the qualifying Solana server, free bundled shreds are genuinely cheaper. For someone who wants only a feed, the server rental remains a condition and the market record does not provide a standalone amount. Both facts belong beside the zero incremental price.
