What everyone else charges
Read from each vendor’s own pricing page on 2026-08-31. We are not going to keep this updated forever, so treat it as a snapshot with a date on it rather than a live table.
Where this comparison is unfair
- Prices are what each vendor published on the date shown. Some negotiate, and enterprise pricing is rarely public.
- Not every row is the same product. Shyft sells a shred derived feed rather than raw packets, and some vendors bundle RPC or hosting.
- DedicatedNodes gives shreds away free with their Solana servers, which is a genuinely lower price if you were going to rent a server from them anyway.
- Multi region matters to some buyers and we only serve Frankfurt. If you need Tokyo, several of these are better answers than we are.
Why it costs this
Ingest is paid for once. Every additional subscriber receives a copy of packets we have already bought, so the marginal cost of the next customer is bandwidth and very little else. At the bandwidth this feed uses and roughly $0.40 per terabyte of transit, that is about $7 of egress, plus $5 to $10 of amortised ingest.
Call it $12 to $17 to serve one destination for a month, against a $100 price. That is roughly a 85% gross margin. We publish it because a price this far below the market invites the question, and the honest answer is simply that the category has been overcharging. Running the ingest is the hard part, and moving the bytes costs very little.

Paying

If you have USDC, use USDC. It is a stablecoin, so it is taken at face value with no oracle, no volatility premium and no quote that can expire while you are moving funds. $100 is 100 USDC. SOL is priced from a live rate with a disclosed buffer and a short expiry, so a slow transfer can miss the quote. We would rather tell you that here than let you discover it at the wallet step.
Pay from a wallet you control, not from an exchange
A withdrawal from an exchange arrives from the exchange’s own custodial address, which has no relationship to the wallet you nominated at checkout. The payment cannot be matched to your order automatically, and untangling it means a person reading the chain by hand. It is recoverable, but it will cost you a day and an email rather than two minutes.

- The moment your payment clears on chain. Setting up your destination takes a couple of minutes after that, and most people have shreds arriving the same session they bought them.
- What happens when the 30 days are up?
- You choose whether to carry on. Nothing renews behind your back and there is no card on file. Your verified address is kept for 90 days, so coming back later is a single click rather than a fresh setup.
- Can I run more than one destination?
- Yes, up to 5 on one account. Each is a separate $100 purchase with its own 30 days. Buy with the same email and they all appear on the same dashboard, which is handy for running production and a research box side by side.
- Is the bandwidth really included?
- Yes, all of it. This feed moves a serious amount of data every month and none of it appears on your bill. Providers who charge per gigabyte on top can easily double what you pay, which is a large part of why $100 goes further here than the headline suggests.
- Can I change the destination address later?
- Yes, up to three times a day, from the dashboard, whenever you like. Each change confirms the new address before delivery moves, so you can migrate servers without ever losing the stream by accident.
- How do I get help if I need it?
- Email us and an engineer who works on this system answers. Everything we send comes from 64.130.40.90, so allowing inbound UDP from that address is usually the whole setup, and our firewall rule generator writes the exact rule for your platform.
