Terms of service

What you are buying

A licence to receive raw Solana shred data over UDP at one network address you nominate, for 30 days, for $100. Delivery is from Frankfurt and nowhere else. You may hold up to 5 destinations on one account, each purchased separately.

What we commit to

We will make a reasonable effort to forward the shred feed to your verified destination for the duration of your term. We will tell you the source address we send from and keep it stable. We will not sell, rent or share your email address or your destination address.

This product is sold without a service level agreement or a credit schedule. If your procurement requires one, email us and we will talk about what is possible.

What we do not commit to

Delivery of any individual packet. The transport is UDP, which by design does not guarantee delivery, ordering or retransmission. Packet loss is a normal property of the protocol and not a fault.

Any particular latency. We publish measurements with dates attached. They are observations of past behaviour, not promises about future behaviour.

Continuity of the underlying network. Solana changes, shred formats change, and a network upgrade may require you to change your decoder.

Payment and term

Payment is on chain, in USDC or SOL on Solana. Your 30 days begin when the payment is credited, not when you finish verifying your destination.

Access does not renew automatically. There is no card on file and nothing is ever charged without you initiating it. When the term ends, delivery stops.

Fees are not refundable, in whole or in part, including if you never verify a destination, if you stop using the service, or if you change your mind. We provide a free reachability tester precisely so you can check the thing most likely to go wrong before paying.

Verification and your destination

Before delivery begins you must prove you control the destination address by receiving a challenge datagram at it and returning the token it contains. You may change a destination address up to three times per day, and each change requires verification again.

You must not nominate an address you do not control. Doing so is a misuse of the service and grounds for termination without refund.

Acceptable use

Covered separately in the acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you breach these terms, if you nominate an address you do not control, or if your use threatens the stability of the service for other customers.

You may stop using the service at any time. Since nothing renews, stopping requires no action beyond letting the term end.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, trading loss, missed opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event.

This matters more here than in most services, so it is worth being blunt about it: if you build a trading system on this feed and it loses money, that is your risk and not ours. Data can be late, incomplete, or absent. Design accordingly.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Changes do not apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
